Craig Beyers, BEng(Env), GradCert Bus., MAAS, CAQP, MIEAust
Manager Consulting Services
Craig has a particular focus in acoustics, air quality and vibration. Craig and David spent time together from 1993 to 1996 undertaking their undergraduate degrees in Environmental Engineering, and have since had strong professional ties working in similar businesses.
Craig recognised early on the conflict between competing land uses as a result of the scarcity of resources was an area that would become more and more important in the decision making process over time.
Michelle Clifton, BSc, CAQP, MAAS, MIOA, PIEMA
Like most graduates studying environmental degrees, Michelle says she believed she would save the world.
With her job here at AMG, she says working for a diverse environmental consultancy firm means she is helping to improve the human environment through encouraging sustainability and best practice methods.
Michelle has 11 years experience in air quality and noise consultancy, and conducting research for the mining, industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
Curtis Profke, Bachelor of Applied Science
Curtis has global experience, running emissions testing programs for major international clients. He ran the emission testing program at one of Papua New Guinea’s largest gold mines, where testing was done on a range of sources, including power generation, mobile plant, ore crushing and the gold refining process. He also ran the testing program several times at a cement facility in northern Sri Lanka, testing numerous sources in different operational modes for a wide range of pollutants.
Curtis’ dedication to his field of expertise is driven by a belief that good air quality is critical for supporting the amenity of the places we live in, our environment, and maintaining our way of life.
Glenn Ward, Bachelor Environmental Science, Grad Cert Environmental Management
Glenn is an experienced senior team leader/principal scientist, with over nine years in the source emissions and ambient air monitoring fields.
He has previously worked on projects for Xstrata Mt Isa (now Glencore), Sun Metals and Nyrstar and has also worked internationally, including projects at Holcim in Westport, New Zealand, and Siam City Cement in Puttalam, Sri Lanka.
Adam Dixon, BA Hons 2:1 in Business Management
Adam originally went to university in his native UK to study business management but after covering aspects of environmental impact studies and carbon trading, swapped a business career for one in environmental science.
In the UK, he was a MCERTS team leader for five years at one of the country’s leading emissions specialists before emigrating to Australia two-and-a-half years ago seeking a new challenge within the environmental sector.
Since then, Adam has worked on large projects across Europe and Australia, using Australian and international testing methods. His work covers emissions to air, water and land, as well as occupational hygiene.
Zac Heironymus, BEnvMan (Major in Sustainable Development)
Zac is a dedicated environmental graduate who is driven by his vision for a clean and sustainable Australia. Having developed an interest for atmospheric sciences during his time at university, moving into the air quality monitoring industry was a natural progression.
Since starting with AMG, Zac has had exposure to a diverse range of environmental monitoring projects across a number of industry sectors. Moving forward, he is excited to continue the development of his skills within the industry and contributing to the high quality service that Assured Monitoring Group offers.
